You are purchasing a Plasticville O-O27 #1705-169 "Ranch House." This kit has salmon sides, gray roof, and white trim - one of the more unusual versions.

The plastic parts to this kit are in "excellent" condition. NOTE: there is a small "blemish" on the front side of the roof - see photos.

The box is correct and is in excellent condition This was the 3rd box style of the common ranch house released in 1967. A nice collector's piece. 

These colorful ranch houses always look very striking on the Plasticville residential layout especially when illuminated.
