The 1st Marine Infantry Parachute Regiment (or 1er RPIMa) is a parachute regiment of the marine troops forming part of the special forces of the French army.
Maintaining the tradition of the SAS parachute units of Free France and Indochina, this regiment is the only unit in mainland France to use the motto “Qui Ose Gagné” translated from the motto of the British SAS “Who Dares Wins”.
