Proses LS-043 O Gauge Warehouse w/Motorized Doors.

I bought this warehouse but never put it together so it’s still in its original box with instructions and all the parts are shown in the photographs. Bag had a tear in it, which I’ve taped up. Please check over with pictures shown so you’re happy with your purchase. (I did notice a small nut has escaped the packet. So it’s loose within the bag.)

This would also suit an ON30 layout also. This is actual item you’re buying as shown in photos. Some are stock photos to show building.

Door opening/closing speed can be adjusted with a screwdriver as needed.
