Model railway controller Codar electronic control system tec 25 - untested

Just been having a change over & sort out of my controllers, bought to repair and never got around to it. Think it’s just a resistor but not 100% sure. This as you can see is a panel control system.

Would be suitable for N/00/H0 gauge model railways.
