Shipping July 9th using first-class parcel mail has been discontinued. USPS will simplify ground shipping options with a new service, USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE. This new service REPLACES First-Class PACKAGE Service, Parcel Select Ground and Retail Ground. This will result in increased shipping costs.
