You are looking at a nice vintage Moroso 12K RPM cable drive tach woth matching Moroso gold mouting plate. The tach was removed from a old school hot rod years ago in good working order.  It comes with the 36" cable housing shown. The inner cable is missing. It is just the cable sleeve/ housing.
