This boat was stripped to a bare hull and for the past 5 or more years, it has been my hobby to completely rebuild it.
It is now nearly as good as new.
The Hull has been filled/smoothed and repainted.
It has been fitted with a replacement Volvo Penta AQ131 petrol engine in excellent condition.
The Volvo Penta 280 Outdrive was rebuilt by a Volvo Penta main dealer.
New 15 gallon fuel tank under the cockpit floor.
It has been rewired, new seats installed and completely retrimmed inside.
Comfortable open cabin with V berth and chemical toilet under starboard bunk.
A "tonneau type" cover has been made for the cockpit.
Most of the original fittings were removed and new ones purchased, so it is not a faithful rebuild to the original specification, but in my opinion, has been modernised and improved.
Since completion, the engine has been regularly started up and run and all the systems tested several times on dry land, but it has not yet been back on the water.
The last photo is older than the others. It was taken a couple of years ago and shows the boat before the signwriting was applied.
The trailer came to me with the boat and is in good sound order, but is a little too small for the boat. It is rated at 1 ton max and the boat weighs about a ton. Also it has no brakes fitted, but should be alright if not being towed long distances.
