Vintage 1995 ERTL Farm Country Big Farm: Farm House Playset #4417 - Near Complete with Box. Previously played-with condition with playwear. Near Complete only missing: instruction manual, some of the decals, 4 white fence pieces, 1 cat figure, and 1 door for upper level room divider wall (see photo). The house connects together properly (sturdy) and the only missing/broken tabs I see are: missing a hook that connects one of the shed walls to the house and missing a peg on the upper level room divider wall that fits into the hole in the floor. The box has lots of wear from use/storage and has a lot of tape on it (see photos). This set will be packed in a sturdy box for better protection during shipping.
