She's pretty and displays well but has a repair on the neck, and multiple small nicks or glaze pops, some of which have been touched up at some point. Five turtles around the base.
Signed with the 1922-1928 "Racetrack" marking and style number 379 on the bottom. Is about 5 1/2 inches tall.
