Amazing book written and illustrated by the acclaimed horse illustrator C.W. Anderson published in 1948!
Mr. Anderson shares his insight into creating life-like drawings of horses in all sorts of poses. He instructs thoughtfully and clearly. As a results there are many examples of a drawing in the sketch stage then showing the finished beautiful illustration. A great gift for a budding artist and horse lovers of all ages!
The book is in excellent shape for its age. It is an ex library book from the Bethlehem School District in Pennsylvania and is marked as such.
Please check the pictures for details - here are the things I noted. There was a card pocket glued to the back age of the book which was ripped off, likely when the book was sold. That page and the page next to it have some ripples on them in those areas probably from the glue being applied and drting.
