E02 error displayThis repair kit contains a replacement magnetic paddle, a new rectangular seal for the newer style pumps and a replacement nylon retaining pin for the paddle for a Bestway, Coleman or Lay-Z-Spa water flow sensor used in many of the tub models (not all) from these brands.  This is used to fix one of the causes of the E02 error as seen on the image to the left.   If you continually receive this error, you may want to remove the top of the water flow sensor and check to see if the paddle is cracked and rusty like the one pictured to the right. Once the magnet starts to rust, it begins to get weak and eventually fails to trigger the sensor.  Replacing the magnetic sensor paddle will fix this issue and get you back running again.  Since you are inside the flow sensor, it is best to check the rectangular seal for cracks or damage.  The seal is a cheap preventative fix to prevent future problems.

You are bidding on a kit that contains ONLY the magnetic paddle, rectangular seal and the nylon pin, NOT the entire flow sensor.  bad flap designBe weary of other sensors sold on Ebay and other sites that look like this one.  Sensors like the one shown may work for a short period, but with the magnet exposed directly to the water will rust rather quickly and fail again.  My paddles have the magnet completely encased in plastic  with zero chance of them getting wet and failing prematurely.  Be assured that you can buy this part with the confidence that it is going to work for a long time.
