This fun and colorful hat is in "very good" new condition. 

It was used for display purposes only and has two indents/dimples on the front left and right panel that is why I am not able to say "excellent" new condition.  

Take a look at the last photo to get an idea of these marks.

Aside from these minor imperfections, all else looks great!

Adjustable and one size fits most.
