Description

Epiphone 1991 Casino Vintage Made in Japan

Manufactured by Terada Musical Instruments, orange label, 16th fret joint, "Casino Vintage" model from the high grade series.

As befits a high-end model, the paint is a thin skin lacquer specification (base poly top lacquer), and a one-piece mahogany neck (nut width 40.0mm) is used. (The standard model has a maple neck.)

The pickguard, pot, and condenser have been replaced, and there is a hole left by a strap pin at the tip of the horn on the 6th string cutaway.

Currently, the pickup is equipped with a Gibson USA '19 P-90.
(Original PU is also included.)

Numerous dents and scratches on the entire painted surface, peeling of the top coat on the 1st to 3rd frets of the neck grip, dents on the fingerboard surface in the low position, multiple dents and scratches on the neck grip, and the condition is such that it does not interfere with playing. There are signs of use commensurate with its age, such as slight fret lifting.

There are dents in the frets mainly in the low position, and the remaining fret capacity is about 70% overall, but there are no problems with the truss rod or neck condition, and there are no problems with playability.
