Description

The Leather Aire material is a fairly new material to the world, Its aim was to provide a fantastic alternative to the cracking of bonded leather and the cost of genuine leather. The design and structure of leather aire mean it will not crack, peel or flake like other real leather alternatives.

This is our Verona range. Cladded in soft leather-aire, this sofa provides a look that exudes top-luxury. Available in three alternative colours, this sofa aims to give comfort. We have included a generous amount of padding to give superior support, height and shape. That ultimately means that these were made to sink in to. Built with durability in mind, the leather-aire is easy to care for and perfect for busy lifestyles. We have listed the most popular combinations but if you need a combination not listed please feel free to get in touch and we will happily quote you. Once again, buy with confidence as you get a full 1 year manufacturers warranty with all our products. Available in 1 seater, 2 seater and 3 seater options. Also in black, brown and cream leather.

Delivery Times:
Our items are stocked so delivery can be arranged and delivered very quickly. We aim to deliver within 7 working days but please allow us up to 14 working days during busy periods.

Standard Delivery Charge:
Please, read carefully to make sure that you fully accept the conditions of delivery before placing an order. If you are unsure, please feel free to message us and we will be sure to help you in any way possible.

We will call you to liaise your delivery, please ignore any estimates from automated emails, we will book your delivery date and time slot via a phone call from a landline number. Delivery is approx 7-10 working days, the London area will always fall on a Sunday.

Our free delivery is to the ground floor only. If you require delivery to an upper floor, we can do it, but there will be an applicable charge. Charges are dependant on which floor we are delivering to. Typically the charge is about £20 for the first floor and £10.00 per floor after and but is subject to change depending on how many flights of stairs there are etc.

Scotland carries a £60 delivery charge as a minimum due it the extra costs incurred, this is paid after the order has been confirmed, we will call you after order confirmation to discuss this.

These sofas come boxed up and will need to be slightly assembled. If you require the fitting of the sofas, we offer a premier delivery service for a total of £20.00. This would include setting up the sofas and removal of all outer packaging.

This applicable charges can be paid directly to the couriers on the day of delivery.

Please also note we take no responsibility for damage caused into the entry of the property, we take every possible approach to ensure we do not damage your property but delivering furniture which is large, heavy and cumbersome.

We take no responsibility for insufficient access to or in your property. You need to make sure any accessway/doorway has enough clearance to allow the delivery team to navigate and complete the delivery. The dimensions of the sofas should be available on the description, this should give you an idea regarding measurements and space required.

Returns
Our return policy is very simple, if you do not love you can return your sofas back to us or you can organise the return yourselves with a courier of your choosing. The cost of the return lays with yourself unless the product is damaged.

We do have a set ratio of £1.50:1kg, e.g a 40kg sofa would cost £60 to return.

You have a finite number of days for a return, our eBay return policy is 14 days after delivery.

What is covered by my warranty?
At Furco, we understand you want to enjoy your furniture for as long as possible and protect the hard-earned money you spent with us.

Below you can find everything you need to know about your rights and protections under UK law.

We take every step possible during our research and development to ensure your new furniture is going to put up with the strain and repetition of everyday living.

Under UK law you are protected by a 12 months warranty against defects, these cover manufacturing defects such as an incorrect assembly, faulty part and structural faults. You are not covered for misuse or neglect, such as accidental damage.

All damage needs to be reported within 24 hours of the fault developing/being noticed.

We will take the appropriate action to resolve this issue, this may involve a repair/ replacement.

We might need to contact our suppliers to discuss certain your case regarding the fault, this can cause claims to be extended but this is done to ensure the case ends with the correctly sourced information.

At Furco we bring the latest designs to the public at the best prices possible, we work directly with our suppliers and manufacturers which means we cut out the middle man and save you money and time.

Q. Do you offer a trial period on your products?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any trial periods on our products unless stated

Q. What is your standard delivery service?

Sofas - Our standard delivery service is a two-man delivery service into the ground floor, all of our products come in protective wrapping, which varies per product.

Beds – We use an experienced courier service who aim to deliver your goods within 2 working days, we will provide a tracking number which gives you details including a 2-hour time slot.

Q. Does the furniture need assembling?

The majority of the time it will need some basic assembling, it varies per product some will be a simple job of screwing some legs into a sofa by hand, some will require a complete flat pack build.

Q. What is the premier delivery service?

The premier delivery service is a complete white-glove approach, we place the goods on the ground floor where you like and remove all packaging and assemble the products completely and dispose of packaging associated with your new order. This service is only £20 on the day in cash to the couriers on the day.

Please note this is only available on our sofas.

Q. How long is delivery?

We try and deliver all our orders within 7-10 working days but this can take longer depending on your area.

Q. How will I know when my delivery is?

We book in all of your deliveries via a phone call to our customers to provide a time slot and a date for yourself, we make all of routes two days prior to the actual delivery date.

Q. What if my furniture does not fit into the property?

The dreaded situation where the product will not fit in the property or the home’s doorways. We try and make every effort to package the products in a way to reduce bulk for accessibility. Please make every effort to measure and check all spaces where the product will need access, we cannot be held responsible for the goods not having access to the ground floor.

Q. Can I collect my order?

Yes, We have our warehouse located in Coventry, but you will need to notify us of this request and provide ID with matching details of the customer’s order details.

Q. Do you deliver overseas?

We do not deliver overseas at this current moment. We often get requests for this service but we recommend using a shipping company to handle your goods outside of the UK, we are more than happy to deliver to a shipping company.

Our warranties or guarantees do not cover goods outside of the UK.

Q. Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to England, Wales free of charge, this takes approx. 7-10 working days but may take longer for more remote areas such as Penzance. We can also deliver to Scotland but this may take longer and has a surcharge for delivery, depending on the location the cost can vary but will not exceed £150.

We reserve the right to cancel orders.

Please remember the more remote location may lead to early morning deliveries ( approx. 5 am) or longer lead times.

Q. What do you charge for delivery?

All of our deliveries are free to England & Wales. ( Scotland can vary but will not exceed £150 )

Q. What happens if my furniture is damaged on delivery?

Our delivery courier treats every piece of furniture as if it was their own sofa, chair, bed or furniture. In the unlikely event if you notice the goods have been damaged please notify us with an explanation and a photograph(s) showing the issue.

Q. What if I discover a fault with my furniture after delivery?

If you have ordered from our eBay store and your goods/products develop a fault. Your options may vary depending on the nature of the issue and the time you've had the item.

Item ordered did not turn up when was due to be delivered although said had been dispatched. Contacted seller to be told having problems with getting part of order I felt let down as it was for my elderly parents and I was one doing the chasing and feel the seller should have contacted me as soon as there was a problem.
