I had the following fitted in 2021 by a professional company as per my requirements:

Diesel Heater

Swivel front seats

USB electrics

Over bed night lamps with USB ports 

Reversing camera

Fully insulated with flooring

2 fitted double bunk beds with mattresses 

Tinted windows fitted (one sliding window)

Leisure Battery on a split charge (lasts at least 3 days off grid)

2 additional seatbelted rear seats

Good boot storage (under bottom bunk)

Bunk storage too - great for blankets and bedding.

There is no gas installed in the van. I have always used a gas stove on the worktop but prefer to do all my cooking outside so you dont have the smells.

I'm 5'8" and have plenty of head room and space in the bed. 

The van is great because you can literally park up and get the kettle on. There is no having to put the beds away before you set off anywhere you are just good to go. I've had a super large bean bag on the floor before for a 5th person to sleep.
