Vintage solid brass wall-mount doorbell with a religious theme.  This style bell was frequently use on a door of a monastery or church.  The brass bell measures about 4 1/2" tall (without the ring) and the outer diameter is 4".  The entire assembly measures about 13" tall and some 6" across.  It weighs around three pounds.  It is very ornate.  The bell has the Italian words "VOCEM-MEAM and DVIME-TANGIT" which translates to "who touches me my voice".  There is an angel attached to the front.  I believe it was made for a chain to be attached between the brass "sideways "C" and the brass bar above it (on the right side of the assembly when facing it).  It is in nice condition with only slight tarnishing in a couple spots.
