Hi there. I took a ruler and measured frames are 135 mm across. This aligns with number on the side of the glasses. Each lens is approximately 52 mm across and 27 mm from middle top to bottom. Nose is approximately 16-17 mm. Number on side of Glasses is GG 3526/UF 807 135. Other side of frame inside says GUCCI made in Italy CE and a small AS. PLease me know if you have any other questions. The nose pieces and sides could probably be adjusted a bit larger or smaller inward.
