True vintage 1960s Oswald marching band dress.  Rough condition. Functional but its of flaws. Would be good for a play or other novelty. Please see pics #4-12 for example of wear. Wear included spot, a small seam tear, a missing hook and some small holes in the liner.  Not sure if this was originally a large girls size or a small junior size.  See actual measurements below to ensure a proper fit.
