The materials were acquired through the mail after requesting an autograph from Tripoli in 1979.

The original mailing envelope and the corresponding letter from the Revolution Leader's Bureau is also included.

In fine condition overall for age with minor handling wear to the binder and a minor imperfection to the top left corner of photo.
