These five scraps date, I think, to the Victorian era.  They depict different birds in trees - as far as I can tell, there are robins, Turtle Doves, Linnets, a Jay and what look like some sort of Warbler.  The largest scrap is the Jay, which measures approximately 12.1cm x 6.5cm at the widest points, the other scraps are a little smaller.

The scraps are in a very good minus condition overall.  Browned on reverse.  The Jay scrap looks unused, but the other scraps have paper residue on reverse so have been in an album in the past - came loose to me.  General edge rubs, the odd tiny rub and crease at edges, Doves scrap has a tiny tear at left hand edge, one or two very light creases to Linnets and Robins scraps, tiny tear to left hand end of branch of Jay scrap, the odd tiny mark and rub but nothing very noticeable - very nice examples.   Please check scans carefully as they help with the condition too.

Please note surface mail or first class inland mail options are always available, please ask for a quote. I always refund any excess postage charges.

I try to be accurate with my descriptions but if you have any questions please contact me. Take a look at my other auctions and ebay shop items for more collectables.
