All functions have been tested and are in great working order. Purchase includes Jabra PRO 9400BS Charging Base with 9400HS Headset NO POWER CORD as shown only or one of equal or better condition. The headset does have some scuffs and other signs of use. Ear cups do have tears and cracks. No power cord other accessories are included unless shown in the photos.
