This pretty Christmas greeting card dates, I think to the second half of the 1800s.   It has silk fringe edging.  There are four panels to the card, each having an artist drawn image of flowers with a butterfly or moth at the top right hand corner.  The publisher is not credited.   The card measures 11.7cm x 8.4cm at the widest points (including the silk fringe edging) and opens out to double the width.   No envelope.  No written greetings.  Interesting item for a collection.  Please note this is NOT a replica.

The item is in a good condition.   There is a little untidiness to silk fringe edges, some light browning and some light grey and brown marks to backgrounds of front and rear panels of card, some tiny marks and the odd small, light mark to backgrounds of inner panels of card.  Please check scans carefully as they help with condition too.

Note surface mail or first class inland mail options are always available, please ask for a quote.
