1999 Fender Japan JG66 Jaguar Ocean Turquoise Metallic, CIJ, Limited, Offset 

Presenting a stunning Fender "Crafted in Japan" JG66 Jaguar, featuring a unique, non-catalog Ocean Turquoise Metallic finish. Paired with a gorgeous 7.25” rosewood fretboard showcasing intricate grain patterns, this Jaguar remains completely original, except for the upgraded Mustang style bridge. This model stands out as a rare and exceptionally elegant example, with its finish reminiscent of Sherwood Green Metallic.

For those unfamiliar, Japanese-made Fenders are truly stunning guitars, and this Jag is no exception. The fit and finish exemplify the quality one would expect from a Japanese instrument, rivalling, if not surpassing, its USA-built counterparts. 

In terms of condition, our Jaguar displays typical signs of play-wear, indicative of a well-cared-for instrument. Minor paint chips and light surface scratches are present, all meticulously captured in accompanying photos and do not deter from this Jags beautiful exterior. The neck and fretboard remain in excellent condition, with all frets professionally dressed by Ben of Beej Guitar Repairs to ensure optimal playability and longevity. Though the chrome and nickel hardware have acquired a slight tarnish, it only adds to the instrument's perfectly aged aesthetic. Additionally, all stock electronics function seamlessly as intended. Lastly, the stock Japanese pickups deliver a charming and chime-like tonality, characteristic of the Fender platform. This one weighs in at 8.37lbs. 

A modern Fender gig bag is included.
