I have no idea if these were or are activated or even if that matters. You get exactly what you see in the photos. ITEM IS UNTESTED & FOUND ON PALLETS!!!!!! I Have no way of testing these out. Therefore I do not know if these items work or even how to get them working!!! AGAIN ITEM IS UNTESTED, YOU GET WHAT YOU SEE IN PHOTOS. Maybe buy as parts of you don’t wanna take the risk of something not working. A lot of times items work or people know how to get them working and therefore get under cost of the store.
