Description

I have been fortunate enough to have purchased a fine collection of original railroad photos mostly of locomotives from an Ohio railroad photographer & collector. All of the photos are 1 of a kind direct from the photographers film roll. Most are from the upper mid west. Most date from the 1920' through the early 1950'.

The measure 8 by 10 inches and many are identified with date and location and occasionally with the engineers name. They are in excellent condition and were kept flat in photo boxes.

This listing is for a really wonderful photo taken on May 31 1941 of a long loaded coal train being pulled by three steam locomotives. In the lead is J-4 Berkshire 2810. Behind the lead J-4 is Brooks 2-8-2 Mikado cab 2549. The 3rd loco is not identified. Notice the Fireman leaning out the window maybe hoping that there is enough steam to make the grade! A sharp image in gloss photography paper. Please note: Any white spots are glare and not on the potographs.

Shipping is $4.50 in the US. If you buy more then 1 photo or if you buy many photos shipping will only be $4.50 total for any amount you buy.
