This is an ORIGINAL WWI leaflet titled "Reason and Facts" and has the words for verses and a song with a patriotic theme by a Gerald C. Wright.  The leaflet dates to about 1917, I think and was sold for 2d a copy to raise funds for War Charities.  The leaflet measures 10.6cm x 17.8cm and opens out to double the width.  This is an interesting piece of WWI Home Front memorabilia which deserves more research.  I will have many other WWII (and some WWI) items of Home Front interest for sale in the next few weeks.  Please note this is NOT a replica.

The item is in a good plus condition.  Light horizontal crease across middle of item.   Some light creases and bends to item.  A little uneveness in the folding.  General edge, spine end and corner rubs, light bends at corners, tiny creases at rear corners and at bottom front corner, rubbing and light grubbiness along spine, tiny nicks at spine ends, tiny creases at top and bottom of spine, some small, light creases at spine and across folds, very small brown mark, a light brown mark, and some very small and tiny marks to front panel, a little very light grubbiness and the odd very small and tiny mark to rear panel, the odd tiny bump to edges, the odd very small, light brown mark on the inside, the odd other very small and tiny mark to inside.  Overall a very nice item.  Please check scans carefully as they help with condition too.

Note surface mail or first class inland mail options are always available, please ask for a quote.
