Open box. Never used and was only opened to check battery life from sitting in box and being a past season model. It still holds a charge and is fully working. Test Results: The vac battery was tested by fully charging (charging indicator lights on battery work as designed) and then running the vac on the bench with the switch held in the on position. In standard/normal vac mode the unit ran 20:58 before stopping. After fully recharging the battery the unit ran for 6:21 in “Max” mode before stopping. Was tested multiple times and was consistent with the charge it's supposed to hold.
