Pattern is sized for 38"-42" bust, 30"-34" waist, and 40"-44" hips.  Pattern is cut to size 18.  The pattern and fabric were cut with pinking shears and the cutting was not quite precise, in my personal assessment (but I confess to being a perfectionist).  The sleeve and skirt pieces have been folded up and taped to shorten; the tape can be carefully cut and the piece restored to its original length.  Although it is cut to size 18, and despite the imprecision of the cut, an experienced seamstress will probably be able to determine the proper cutting line for size 20 based on the size 18 cutting lines and the markings for size 20 that are still on the pattern pieces.  Pattern is complete and the pieces are neatly folded.  Some of the pieces have a bit of sticky tape residue, but it doesn't look like it would be a problem.
