Stencil is cut from a clear plastic sheet that is 6 Mil thick and acid free to prevent damage to projects. The thinness makes the stencil flexible to also use on some cylinder shapes and the clear translucent color makes the stencil see through to help keep on point of projects.
The stencil is very light weight/thin, washable, reusable, and flexible.
Stencil is cut with a cutting machine, not a laser cutter.
Stencil is shown in a negative format (black & white or gray & white, etc.) that will best make the image stand out better for you to see. But all stencils are cut from clear plastic sheets.
When tracing a stencil it is recommended to use pencil instead of pen so that there is no ink bleed over.
You can use spray adhesive to hold the stencil in place when needed.
Sometimes there is some residue left over from the adhesive used to hold the plastic down while being cut, but it can be cleaned off with some soap and water.
The stencil size is not the image size. Image size is usually half inch smaller all around. (Example: Image size would be 7.5x7.5 inch on an 8x8 inch stencil) - (unless stated differently) Leaving a quarter inch border all around so image will be as close to edge as possible.
Processing/Shipping Time: All orders are made to order and can take 2-4 Business Days to be made from purchase date before being shipped/dropped off at Post Office due to a high volume of orders. Once dropped off at the Post Office it takes 2-5 Business Days for them to deliver an item. But due to the Virus Emergency and changes the Post Office is making at their facilities it has been taking them longer times to deliver an item. So please allow extra time, and thank you ahead of time for your patience.
