DRAUTOPARTS RETURN/WARRANTY POLICIES Our goal is to provide high quality aftermarket automotive parts and outstanding customer service support.
Non-returnable orders : 1. Custom or special orders 2. Installed, used or disassembled item 3. Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, coils, blowers, relays, etc.) All returns must meet the below listed criteria: 1. Must have an RMA number assigned 2. Must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date 3. Are not used, installed, or disassembled 4. Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions 5. In the original packaging
Notes: An RMA number is valid for ten (10) days from date of issuance.
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the products and verified that your return meets the above requirements, a refund will be issued by the original method of payment.
RESTOCKING FEES
At Drautoparts option a restocking fee can be applied to the following:
1. Products not returned in the original packaging 2. Authorized Part of Kit returns WARRANTY REPLACEMENT POLICY
All parts purchased from Drautopart carry a full 2 year warranty from date of purchase to be free of all defects in material or workmanship. Drautoparts will provide an immediate replacement of the part. This warranty Replacement Policy does not provide for a refund of the purchase price, and/or any labor costs involved in the removal and installation of the part. Additionally, Drautoparts is not responsible for any loss of use in service or repair costs incurred for incidental damage resulting from the failed product. Warranty Replacement Requirements : 1. The original defective merchandise must be returned to our facility or a hold of deposit provided before issuing a new warrantied item 2. Drautoparts reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements setforth in this Warranty Replacement Policy Notes: 1. Customer to be responsible for all shipping costs incurred in a warranty exchange. 2. All warranty returns will be inspected by our ASE certified Technician before any warranty replacement is finalized and issued. |
