This is a nice looking men's tuxedo by Ralph Lauren in a size 50R. It is from the Ralph by Ralph Lauren line and was worn for one formal occasion for a few hours….even has the original tags that were saved in the pocket.

This tux is made of a nice elegant extra fine 100% wool in the classic solid black with satin details on the lapel and buttons. Please see the up close pictures for the best example of this wonderful tuxedo.

It is a 2 button single breasted coat with 3 buttons on the sleeves. The jacket has a single vented rear. All the buttons are done in the covered satin material to create a classic tuxedo look.

It is fully lined and features 3 interior pockets. The exterior pockets are still sewn shut as this was only worn for a couple of hours. You will know it in the photos, the original tags were taken off gently and put in their pockets so you can see how close to being knew it really is.

The pants have a pleated front, a button with hook and bar front closure with an inside button, side seam angled waistline style pockets, they are lined in the inside pant leg, and have 1 buttoned and 1 open rear pocket. The pants have the side seam satin ribbon per classic tuxedo design. The pants are finished with a strait hem with the material folded inside allowing one to professionally lengthen if needed up to about 2 1/2 extra inches maximum using a strait hem. These pants do not have belt loops or interior braces buttons, and are made to be worn with clip style suspenders if needed.

The measurements for the jacket are as follows:

CHEST = 53 1/2 inches around the chest measured under the armpit area around the outside of the coat. We take measurements around the outside circumference of the coat as if the jacket was being worn by a person. We do not measure laying flat.

SLEEVES = 37 inches from the center of the back neckline to the end of the cuffs, 25 3/4 inches from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuffs.

TAIL = 31 1/2 inches from the top of the collar to the end of the tail hem in back

SHOULDERS = 21 3/4 inches across the shoulder from seam to seam

WAISTLINE = 52 inches around the midsection of the outside of the jacket at the bottom button which is about 11 inches up from the bottom button. We measure around the outside circumference of the coat as if the jacket was being worn by a person. We do not measure laying flat.

The pant measurements are:

WAIST = 45 inches around the inside of the waistband. Laying flat they are about 22 1/2 inches across the waistband. There is about 2 extra inches of material to expand if needed and are labeled a 45 as well.

LENGTH INSEAM = 30 inch inseam measured to the end of the pant cuffed hem with about 2 1/2 inches of extra material to lengthen as needed.

OVERALL LENGTH = 42 1/2 inches long from the waistline to the end of hem

RISE = 12 1/2 inches.

LEG OPENING = 10 inches wide

This Ralph Lauren tuxedo is a pure work of art. Knowing it is close to being new as it was worn only once for just a few hours at most, it will be a loved suit for many years to come.

Overall the entire tuxedo is stunning. It was worn but looks as close to being mint condition as possible. We do not see any major issues with this tux at all that would not allow you to be proud to own and wear this great tuxedo for many years to come.

This tuxedo will be a great addition to any mans wardrobe for many years to come. If this rare size fits you it is definitely one to consider. This suit is a wonderful price for the as new condition this hard to find tux is in.
