There are cards in every grade from GOOD with issues ranging from wax, checked checklists, print spots/lines/defects, creasing, miscut, surface issues/scratches/wear, discoloration/fading to back, minor spots of staining/spots, edge dings/notches/chipping, heavier corner wear including chipping, discolored borders, etc. & go all the way up to NEARMINT. The creased cards ranging from a minor surface wrinkle to heavy creasing, but there are also some really nice looking cards. ...
Overall, A nice looking start to this set, and THERE IS NO JUNK, and presents very nicely in the sheets.
There are No cards with writing on them, No Rips, No Tears, No Paperloss see the back of the Phil Niekro card there is some bigger back scratches down to the white in the cardstock, but no major paperloss, No Holes, No taped cards, no stickers or stamps on the cards.
***Card #215 is a really nice looking card.
Card #100 Sandy Koufax has a really nice looking front, but the back feels like it may have gotten wet & dried at some point.
Card #254 Fergie Jenkins is lower grade with several issues including heavy scratches on front.
Card #500 Hank Aaron is heavily discolored on back.***
The 2nd & 4th Photos in the listing show the 18 cards in this lot that have the Highest Book Value. Just Those 18 Cards Alone Have a Book Value of $3,530.00. This a great CHEAP Start to this set.
