This is a beautiful and rare set of 3 antique french renaissance revival brass shield electric wall sconces! They were salvaged from an old home and are circa early 1900's. When I got these, a few of the original candle covers were missing and those that remained were not in good shape, so I went ahead and replaced all of them with reproduction covers. The brass has expected patina, tarnishing, marks and scratches in various places from age, as well as some old beige paint on the outside edges in a few places. There is also some rust on the metal socket brackets underneath the candle covers. The original wiring remains and may be ok for the most part, however, I always recommend that buyers have antique lighting looked over by their own electrician before installation and use. On/off knobs are located on the front above the flower center. These sconces measure 10" wide x 9" tall.
