This is a limited edition Lucky Bag Promo trick or treat bag by Matthew Kirscht issued in 2020. This has been stored away from the time I purchased it and in is great condition as it was issued by Matthew. These were issued containing postcards. This bag DOES NOT HAVE ANY POSTCARDS, IT IS EMPTY. Measures  6 1/4" x 3 7/8".
