This is a foil variant art card which is inserted into the Museum Art booster boxes. It is a foil variant of the normal Cloud 2-001 card. Normal card yields 4-5 per case, and the variant non-foil is about 2 per case, BUT FOIL IS 1 PER CASE. So yes, unless one gets lucky, paying for a case sealed is the only way to get this. (About $400) Do not miss out as my pricing is about half of what domestic and global sellers are asking!
