Vintage 1940s Eisenberg Originals dress, black rayon crepe with wide white lace collar, shoulder pads.  Attached tie belt.  There are quite a few small holes in the skirt, most about a foot from the hem down, a couple of small tears on one shoulder, see photos.  Fabric is strong, though.  Sold as is.
