This may be a hand-made piece, it's quite unique. It's on a stretchy cord with silver tone jump rings all around it and several charms throughout. I don't see any markings on the bracelet or charms. It is definitely a piece that could be used for crafting, or you could remove and add charms as you see fit. In very nice pre-owned condition.
