VFW Vanguard Of Excellence Belt Buckle 1990 1991 Vtg 90s Siskiyou # LE ...a very cool old Veterans Of Foreign Wars, Vanguard Of Excellence 1990-1991 belt buckle. It is Limited Edition # 2380 of 5,000, a gray metal buckle with enamel coloring, made by Siskiyou Buckle Company in 1990. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3" x 2-3/8", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 5.8 oz.
