This vintage stamping & lettering kit was used by my father in law who worked for Bell Telephone and Western Electric.  It was used to stamp identifying marks and dates on switchboards, poles, phones etc.

NOTE: After I took the photos, I inspected the ink tubes. They are dry, and one small tube cracked in half.

As you can see in the photos, there is an envelope stamped 1985.  However, I do not know the exact date of manufacture.

His initials are stamped on the top of the tool Box. EJR.

Metal box stamped R-2315.  Manufacturer of the Tool Box is unknown to me.  It could be Neuses.

Empty amber bottle. Vintage Bic Pen, a pencil, and 3 tags and a couple of other items. Please see photos.

No dry rot on any of the rubber stamps including the CROWN rubber stamp. All rubber stamping tools are usable.

Some of the stamps have black ink on the wooden handle. Most are clean and look unused. Some are in between. I photographed the most inked.

Leather handle is missing.

Metal box is solid and sturdy.

This is a heavy shipment and will be shipped in a crush tested, double walled box.
