Four Phases of Inspection After the cut finishes each product goes through four stages of inspection; When initially coming off the machine the operator will inspect for any mistakes before handing off to our second team.During the removal of tabs the sander will be sure to check for any additional anomalies.An extra stage of soft sanding is had to remove any extra debris or dust from the cut.Finally when handed to the packing team they will be sure all parts are present before shipping. Ready To Go! Once the product has been confirmed in its completion and has passed all our checks they will be safely packaged and ready to be shipped. A few Helpful tips when putting together our products! Be sure to dry fit before applying glue! While many of our products are simple to put together it's always best to practise before committing fully! Always fully assemble before decorating! All cuts are made to give each part a tight fit! So while we encourage the use of paint, glitter or any other additions these need to be made AFTER assembly else parts may not fit.
