The fabric is in unused condition with the shortest measure 1 yard 10 inches and 54 inches wide. There has been a portion cut out of the fabric, I measured the shortest length but there is a 12 inches along one side. The part that has been cut out measured 12 inches by 20 inches (wide). It is a beautiful fabric, don't miss it! Also, I have a large amount of fabric listed and I will be happy to combine items for reduced shipping.
