I post orchids in pots and succulents bareroot unless otherwise noted.  

I do combine postage and price varies depending on weight and size of box.  Tracking is not included on parcels outside the UK and is an extra £5.50 for EU countries.  Tracking is mandatory and included on more expensive plants.  If you would like tracking please let me know.

I post to UK and EU countries only, I do not post to Russia or any country outside Europe.  

If you have a problem with your order please contact me before leaving feedback, I like customers to be happy with their purchases but if you are not I can not resolve any issues if I don’t know about them!

Postage can be delayed due to weather or other issues, if this is the case you will receive a message.  I do not have heat packs so if you live in a a cold country please let know if I need to delay postage as I am not responsible for plants that are damaged by the cold.
