It is as pictured including a heater core with no leaks. The hinge assembly and hinge arm function properly with the blend doors, but the screws attaching the hinge arm are missing (pictured). 

The plastic parts are complete and free of cracks. The springs for both blend doors are present and intact. The heater core foam is intact. 

I will include 4mm open cell foam sheeting upon buyer request (enough to refinish both blend doors) at no additional charge. It is cosmetically identical to what was OEM.
