The case is the original Warner brothers item. The soft shell plastic has split from age on the internal spine as shown.

I remember my parents winning this in a postal competition. It was the Radio Times or a similar publication that they won it from back in the 1980s. The “prize only” aspect is stamped in the video tape label as shown.

There is some minor wear to the inlay as pictured.
