Single owner collection and the first time to market.

Owner worked at a magazine shop/newstand in the 70s and would purchase extra copies of all the Marvel books and put them away unread. His eventual plan was to open a comic shop but instead the sat in boxes in a dry closet for 40+ years

It's almost impossible to say what these would CGC at any longer as their quality control has been pretty poor of late. I'd guess these would be VF+ 8.5 at the very least but most likely much higher. As a dealer for over 30 years I'd rate these all 9.2 or 9.4 (NM- to NM) but again CGC is basically a crap shoot these days.

Testing the market out here with a small part of the collection to see if eBay is a good choice
