Includes lens, body cap, lens hood and a lens cap (Cannon-branded 58mm lens cap). 

A bit of a mark on the lens body (shown in the first image) and a few small nicks in the paint (cosmetic only). 

The lens itself works very well, I used it a bit when I first purchased it but it's been kept in my camera bag for a few years now.
