This is a very rare silver plate Elkington silver sugar sifter spoon as used on the Lusitania and Mauretania pre WW1. These were used for in the 1st class dining room when serving tea and coffee.

The spoon has clear Elkington date marks for 1907.

It is in excellent condition with silver plate in fantastic condition. 
4.75 inches in length.
