This is a tan ashtray ashtray with a frame and was  off a 1970 Buick Skylark. 

The ashtray is OEM and old so it has usage wear.  Please see the pictures for the best understanding of the condition.  The Tan front outside face is in fairly good shape but it has an area that looks like it's starting to break through with rust or corrosion. Please see the very last picture for this flaw I point it out with a pen point.
