The unit (still available now for £329 at Victorian Plumbing) was installed 2 years ago. It works absolutely fine, but started occasionally tripping, it turns out the heat adjustment knob has pushed the spine in on the water valve (see images) and therefore has allowed water to occasionally drip onto on/off switch! hence the tripping/

The unit has probably been used for less than a month over that period. Would make a great unit to strip for parts or simply repair?

Please note when the plumber removed the item, the halo shower head snapped off the outlet pipe (will need to repair or replace)
