Copied from the folder:

A circular trail of approximately 47 miles (77km) visiting the historic churches of China Clay Country, based around St Austell.

Cornwall is home to a wealth of ecclesiastical buildings rich in history & full of beauty.    This trail can help you discover and explore some of the exciting & fascinating Cornish parish churches in this area.

This Trail ranges from the sculpted magnificence of St Austell westwards through St Mewan over the Goss Moor and the ancient site of St Dennis, through historic St Stephen-in-Brannel as far as Ladock and Creed, virtually unspoilt.    With the white spoil tips of the China Clay Industry a constant backdrop, it visits the coastal parishes of Gorran, Mevagissey and St Michael Caerhayes, and inland St Ewe, with its unusual broached spire.
